He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association (WWEMA), where he was re-elected for a third term beginning January 1, 2024. He previously served as WWEMA Board Chairman in 2017, Chairperson-Elect, and Treasurer, helping guide the organization during periods of significant industry change. Turpin also serves on the Saginaw Economic Development Corporation Board, contributing to regional economic growth and community advancement.
